Helen has a real love & passion for animals and their well being. She micro chipped our dog Molly for free after finding her when she escaped a month ago and even brought her home to us. I would recomend visiting her shop for any of your pets needs.

What a gem of a shop...if you're really passionate about the health and wellbeing of your pet then I would really recommend going to see Helen. She's extremely knowledgeable and has years of training to support the advice she gives...and a great character to go with it!

As a keeper of snakes cats and rabbits, and also work on a farm, I have every confidence in the help, advice,and knowlege that helen offers, Its not often you can say this of someone so young, but "she knows her stuff, and gives you no b*****ks, the range and price of her stock is exelent for the exotic and non-exotic pet owner,I personaly have no need to use any other shop, and neither should YOU!!

Helen is a competent animal care advisor as well as a great little pet shop with competitive prices she will go out of her way to order in foods she does not stock from the wholesaler and beat or at the very least match online prices! Fabulous customer service. She also goes out of her way to support many local animal charities one of mine included and we are very grateful for her donations and support. She knows her stuff over an pets at home advisor any day! Her new animal section is extremely well equipped and clean and the animals are very well taken care of, she also offers microchipping with all proceeds going to charity!

(will even deliver, fast service too!)Helen is full of life, her warm friendly spirit and great enthusiasm really is a pleasure to be around. She really has a great connection with the customers and the animals and is always very honest and genuine. The shop is also up to date with the latest products, or if a particular product is not in stock at the time, Helen will happily order things in for you, VERY HELPFUL!!Helen is very knowledgeable when it comes to animals, and products/food. Creature comforts is a great local pet store. The owner is both friendly and approachable as well as having an extensive knowledge on the products she sells. As soon as you walk through the door you feel at completely at ease and confident that you are going to recieve excellent customer service. The shop is always well stocked, competatively priced and has the added advantage of an ordering service at no extra cost. For all the above reasons I will deffinately be shopping at creature comforts on a regular basis instead of the larger commercial chains.
