Saltire Soccer Centre in Mayfield, Newtongrange near Edinburgh is an Indoor Football Centre serving the Lothians, Edinburgh and The Borders.
Saltire Centre is a complete indoor multi-activity centre for adults and kids on the outskirts of Edinburgh. We are based in Mayfield, Newtongrange, with ample free parking and just a 20 minute drive from the city and within easy reach of the Lothians and Scottish Borders, just off the A7.
Saltire Centre combines six, top-quality, 3G pitches for 5 a side and 7 a side football and a kids soft play area, complete with a cafe where you can grab some relaxation time, a cup of rich, Lavazza coffee and a hot bite to eat or a freshly baked treat.
At Saltire Scooer Centre our 5 a side pitches, measure 30m x 16m and our goals, at 3.6m x 1.8m are recessed, giving you the whole pitch at your disposal. So, now you can glide down the wing, nutmeg the defender and slot the ball in the top corner of the net.
Our 7 a side pitches are 30m x 50m, 3G pitch with 4.8m x 1.8m recessed goals. This pitch is used by semi-professional, junior and local amateur and youth teams. The pitch is also fully lined and can be used for official youth 7-a-side matches.

At Saltire Soccer Centre we have six, top-quality, Indoor, 3G pitches for 5 a side and 7 a side football. Our pitches aim to provide a professional quality football experience indoors so can be enjoyed in all weathers.
We host childrens football parties with 75 mins of football hosted by SFA qualified coach, minimum 10 children required. We also provide a buffet style scrumptious food and unlimited soft drinks to keep the kids hydrated. You will have 45 mins exclusive use of our party room, with a party gift for every child.
Pitches can also be used for small-sided, touch-rugby training and matches, bootcamp instructors and other sports suitable for 3G.
Our five a side pitches measure 30m by 16m and our goals, at 3.6m x 1.8m are recessed, giving you the whole pitch at your disposal.
The seven a side pitches are 30m x 50m, 3G pitch with 4.8m x 1.8m recessed goals. This pitch is used by semi-professional, junior and local amateur and youth teams.
All our pitches have the latest 3G surfaces and are filled with black rubber crumb, as used by Barcelona for training. So grab your trainers and enjoy indoor football the way it was meant to be played.
