We specialise in locally produced lamb, beef, pork, veal and poultry. Our beef is hung for a minimum of two weeks. In 2006 we entered the North West regional sausage competition held in Preston, and scooped six awards including two gold for our Cumberland and cracked pepper sausage, we also sell a further twelve varieties including Italian sausage with Mozzarella and white wine. We produce our own dry cured bacon, pickled tongue and a selection of cooked meats. We offer all our customers the personal touch whether for summer BBQ’s, dinner parties, everyday needs or Sunday roasts there is no better place to shop. Our shop has recently been refurbished to the highest specification and is fully air-conditioned.
