How does it Work?

1. Our service starts when you have completed your artwork; one thing we don't do is compete with design agencies. Once you have supplied your artwork to us we will proof, print and deliver your job on time
2. Place your order and once you approve the proof we will ship your job within 5 working days, or by agreement for larger quoted quantities. If you need to hasten your order, contact us and we will try and accommodate you, however there may be a small 'extra express' shipment cost.
3. We offer a high quality product at an affordable price. There are no hidden extras; everything required to get your job to your door is included in the price. You will find our staff friendly and they are committed to saving you time, effort and money.

How do I place an order with Yellowtom?

-Select the product from the products menu
-Select Paper, Sides to be printed, Quantity and Turnaround days, click on "Order Now"
-Follow the instructions and 'Place Order'. You will then be asked to pay for the job.
-After the job is paid, you will receive a confirmation email and the job reference number that the job is placed successfully.
-Please use that job reference number for all the communication with Yellowtom regarding that job.
-If you have any difficulties, please let us know by e mail below
You will receive the artwork upload page when the job is placed successfully or you can do it using "upload your artwork" from the menu.

How can I know about the status of the job?

We advise you the details of the Courier Company and tracking number by email when the job is dispatched from Yellowtom.

How does the Turn Around Time work?

Turn Around Time (TAT) starts from the date of approval and ends at the date of dispatch from Yellowtom.
1 day TAT means, if the job is approved on Monday, the job will be shipped from Yellowtom 1 business day later, i.e. on Tuesday.
2 days TAT means, if the job is approved on Monday, the job will be shipped from Yellowtom 2 business days later, i.e. on Wednesday.
3 days TAT means, if the job is approved on Monday, the job will be shipped from Yellowtom 3 business days later, i.e. on Thursday.
