About Bespoke Aroma
Bespoke Aroma was set up in the Lake District to provide a truly bespoke aromatherapy treatment where your blend is created purely for you. All essential oils have a range of special properties and when they are blended together they can not only smell amazing, but can help to calm, relax, rebalance, uplift and stimulate. I work with around 40 different oils to ensure that your blend is tailor made just for you.
But it isn't just about Aromatherapy. The benefits of Swedish Massage on your muscles and body systems and the amazing feeling you get from an Indian Head Massage are also offered at Bespokearoma. The hardest choice is deciding which treatment is best for you!
Treatments
This is a truly bespoke treatment. It starts with a thorough consultation which will enable me to select the essential oils that will be of most benefit to you. There then follows a gently relaxing massage which uses techniques designed to warm the skin to aid the absorbtion of the essential oils. You are then able to take home a 10ml bottle of the blend created especially for you. Absolute indulgence!
A deeply relaxing massage which helps to soothe aches and pains and restore vitality. Using Sweet Almond Oil, which is very nourishing for the skin, your muscles are given the TLC they deserve, leaving you feeling ready to face the world again!
For centuries this traditional Eastern massage has been used to relax, de-stress and invigorate. It is particularly beneficial if you suffer from tension headaches and tight neck and shoulders. Your back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face are massaged using techniques which stimulate your blood and lymphatic circulation, aid removal of waste toxins and leave you feeling truly amazing!
It is reputed that one stroke of a hot stone is as beneficial as five hand massage strokes. The warming effect of the stones stimulates the circulatory system and helps to flush out the toxins which build up and make you feel sluggish. This massage is very relaxing and a great way to take time out.
