Women's Workout Gyms are a Women-Only fitness club, located in Bournemouth, that emphasizes having fun whilst getting fit. The gym offers a programme and routines that enable you to stick with it because it's fun and takes only 30 minutes to complete. We offer a personal touch fitness plan to guide and keep you motivated.

Circuit Training
Our gym programme is fundamentally based on circuit training concepts where various gym activities are undertaken, for a short time or interval (e.g. between 30 and 60 seconds). The circuit includes fluid resistance machines inter spaced with aerobic resting stations with members moving from station to station on a voice cue.
Fluid interval training machines require no biomechanical adjustments, and because of the fluid resistance will automatically adjust to your fitness level. This eliminates time wasted waiting for a machine or programming keypads or looking at little cards to find out what setting you need for this or that machine. It also encourages members to get a complete all over body workout - by not missing or skipping machines.
Sonic Slim
Sonic Slim is a course of treatments that allow spot reduction of fat from most areas of the body. Sonic Slim works in conjuction with a 30 minute exercise circuit. The treatment programme consists of 5-10 sessions over a 1 to 5 week period targeting problem areas. After the Sonic part of the treatment - which causes the fat cells in the problem area to release fatty acids into the blood stream at least 20 minutes of exercise is required. Using the Women's Workout fun 30 minute exercise programme is an ideal way of burning off the fatty acids.
Vibration Training
Vibration training offers an innovative way to improve strength and flexibility. It works by performing exercises on a platform that is made to vibrate which causes the muscles to engage and respond. Effectively, the vibration training at a moderate level is equivalent to high intesity workout without equipment.
Gym Membership
