Treetops is a registered charity which provides its services free of charge. It costs £1.9 million to run the hospice each year. The hospice has to raise £1.4 million of this themselves, through charitable donations and fundraising events. Treetops provides hospice care for adults and their families in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. They look after people with life-limiting illnesses such as cancer, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, end-stage heart disease and respiratory conditions.
