Pole Position - Pole Dancing Exercise Classes
Get your body into Pole Position by learning the latest and most enjoyable way to get fit, shape up and improve your overall body muscle tone. Pole dancing exercise classes have become incredibly popular with ladies of all ages, shapes and fitness abilities. It is not only the best exercise class for its overall toning of the body but also probably the most enjoyable and fun class there is out there.
If you are one of those ladies who find it hard to stick to a gym routine or other exercise classes, due to lack of motivation or boredom, then pole dancing could be for you or if you are wanting to learn something new then why not give it a go. Its an 8 week course, 1 hour once a week and the classes involve warm up and conditioning exercises involving the pole for upper and lower body - you will learn new polw moves each week and create a routine before moving onto core work and stretching. You will work out the whole body including the cardio-vascular system.
All these classes are fun and enjoyable with all our instructors fully trained to teach pole exercises to make the classes as effective, fun and safe as possible. We also do parties to include hen nights, birthdays, team building etc . . . these are a one off class and are a great way of having fun, lots of laughs and a great taster for what pole dancing exercise is all about. So if a course is not for you, why not use a party as a good excuse to have a try while having a great time with your friends.
Pole Position started in the summer of 2009 in The Loft Studio in Ballyclare and has been increasing in popularity ever since, which is why we are opening a new studio in the town of Ballymena to offer this exercise to the ladies in that area with classes available from July 2009.
