With a fitness instructor you can achieve your goals without ever going to gyms. I hold a BSc. Honours Degree in Spot and Exercise Sciences. My services include 1-1 training, as well as for small and large groups and teams. I offer assessments and conditioning programs and will help keep you motivated. I was part of the Armagh Minor squad that won the Ulster Football Championship in 2005, represented the U-21 squad in 2008, and now am part of the Senior panel.
