We have many council offices across the city dealing with a variety of different types of enquiries. Detailed information on all our services can be found on either the view company area or our web site. The council have set up a contact centre.  You can now call or e-mail them with your enquiries. This is an exciting project and eventually you will be able to access most of the council services through the Contact Centre. To begin with you can contact them with general enquiries and for City Services advice, including information about bin collections, street lighting and pest control.

Our Contact Centre is open 8.00am – 8.00pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00am – 1.00pm Saturday.
