As a long established practising therapist I offer all complementary therapy treatments. I am also an experienced Reiki practioner and have clients from Rosyth to Glenrothes who have all benefited in some way from Reiki.The client simply lies on a couch, relaxes and made to feel comfortable.The practitioner simply places their hands gently, in non-intrusive positions, around the body. The whole person is treated rather than specific symptoms. A full treatment usually takes about 1 hour with each position held for several minutes. Reiki works at several levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Sometimes acute injuries may be helped to heal very quickly while more chronic ailments will takes longer.
