Here at Tae Kwon Do we are a highly professional self defence training team (5th Dan Instructors with full insurance also provided). We toughen you up and stop you being pushed about and show you that it's your time to take control. We run both senior and junior classes in this Korean martial art of Taekwondo so all age groups and both genders will be equipped and ready for what could be just around the corner. We will give you a free voucher worth £10 when you start which is equal to two full lessons of teaching and you only have to pay for the lessons you attend. It keeps you fit and keeps you protected from mental and physical abuse.
