At AS Construction we take on building jobs both and small. We can do the simplest refurbishment, fit a bathroom or we can build large extensions or the most complex of loft conversions. A a few examples of the range of services we provide include:
Loft conversions
Small lofts can be boarded to provide extra storage with easier safer loft ladders. We can also handle large conversions with permanent staricases, Dorma windows, floor strenthening and installation of heating and plumbing.
Extensions
For example we can help with small one storey flat roof extensions for an extend to large pitched roof side extensions to create a much larger dwelling.
Bathrooms
We offer simple installation of a new suite to complete renovation including flooring, tiling, heating and shower installation.
Plastering
We can skim previously wallpapered walls to ensure a smooth finish for painting or provide complete plastering and rendering.
Plumbing
Problems with sinks, taps and baths rectified, new radiators can be installed and extend water supply to an outside tap for example.
Flooring
Tiling, wood flooring, carpets, vinyls - all types are catered for.
Brickwork
Outside walls can be fixed or new boundary walls constructed from scratch.
Partition and studwork
Internal partitions can be adjusted to make rooms larger or to create extra rooms.
