Boxing

 

Boxing is an excellent all round fitness and stamina builder. Very useful for all age groups of both men and women, at all levels of fitness as a means of improving cardio vascular efficiency, muscular strength, aerobic capacity and speed.

 

As well as full contact boxing training up to competition level, we also run regular "boxercise " classes - an excellent high energy aerobic workout for males and females that can be used to improve all round fitness, flexibility and stamina.

Full safety and protection equipment is always available for use with all contact training.

 

Our Junior and Adult Boxing training and sparring is always overseen  by our professional boxing trainer, who has many years experience in the boxing trade with British, Commonwealth, European and IBO boxing champions to his credit.
