Welcome to our fully equipped Gymnasium, aerobics studio and boxing training gym.
Well established in Rothwell, Leeds - open 7 days a week and with a very full range of free weights gym, aerobics classes, fitness classes, circuit training, personal coaching and boxing training gym- we offer something for everyone.
Open to members and non members alike, monthly subscriptions are available as well as pay as you go classes and gym sessions.
Our free weights area is always available, with a full rack or dumbells, barbells, Smith lifting system, leg presses, weights benches, squats area and cable machines.
Separate male & female changing rooms with showers, a sauna, vertical & lay down sun beds (courses available on request)
Prices start from as little as £4.50 per week!
We offer the facilities & prices that other health clubs and fitness centres, gymnasiums only dream about !

Monday to Friday- 9am to 9pm
Saturday- 9am to 2pm
Sunday- 9am to 1pm
