ABCV are a refreshing, local, quality, low cost, permanent recruitment specialist. They are currently working on a national basis with a diverse client base providing permanent and contract staff from school leavers, to director level appointments.

Each clients needs will vary greatly according to location, size of company and type of product or service. We will take the time to develop as full an understanding as possible of your individual company culture and long term development plans.

All candidates are sourced from a number of well established job boards as well as local paper advertising and our own existing database of pre-qualified CVs.

Clients are not held to sole agency agreements and have been happy to reuse ABCV time and again due to the quality of service offered. Overheads are kept to a minimum so that savings may be passed on to clients via fiercely competitive placement rates.

Unlike other recruitment agencies ABCV are not afraid to say no! If they are unable to assist you with a specific requirement they will notify you immediately to allow you to pursue alternative recruitment strategies.

ABCV offer permanent and contract staff and are happy to provide referrals to a local partner company for temporary requirements. The aim is to act as an extension to your company, providing you with the closest match of applicants at a cost which falls within your recruitment budget.
