4. Our MethodsOUR METHODS - FINANCIAL SECURITY Apart from a display in the design office we do not have an extensive showroom capacity. We used to have but now the extent of our portfolio is so diverse that we would need Wembley stadium to accommodate the various aspects of our scope. Besides showrooms are extremlely expensive to keep up with and expensive to staff. Which means of course someone has got to pay for that, which is why so many companies lose the competitive edge in the final analysis of the quote.Any company with any common sense would make sure that their glitzy showroom was in mint condition. The big question is, are they able to duplicate that sort of quality in a customers home? So it is with this in mind that we have a better idea than showrooms and that is ... showhouses! Not a play on words but what it means is that we have a large, wide and very helpful existing customer base and once we know ballpark what it is you are looking for then taking you along to see a similar installation so that you can readily see what we are capable of, is not a problem. We find that this is of immeasurable value to a new prospective customer. Being able to see and touch and even ask opinions from our existing customer, negates the need to attempt to give you the "hard sell". What you see is what you get! So no "hard sell", not even a salesman. We dont need them , the only person you will find yourself talking to is a mature , experienced,, reliable and laid back designer.He will make an initial 10-15minute visit, in which time he will of course measure up then take a brief off you as to where your thinking has taken you to thus far. His priority is to respond to your individual needs rather than a run of the mill ready made product. Then, usually within 2-3days he will return with plans and proposals. He will have taken time to look at all the options open to your needs and will have come up with an optimum suggestion which will be discussed fully with you and be fine tuned as many timesas it is neccessary to reach the stage where you are 100% happy that the design can not be improved. Pricing now is easy and split up into furniture cost, hardware cost and installation cost. This is so you will be able to see exactly where your money is going, and now you will surely see what tremendous value for money we give. There will be no "old hat" gimmicks. No free this, free that no sign now and you;ll get a free bath or dishwasher. Instead we will give you time to consider our proposals and are very happy to invite comparison with other suppliers but obviously best on a "like for like" basis. The visit to a real show house with similarities to your own is easily fixed at this stage and now, armed with costings it is not at all difficult to say YES! Our installation costs are exactly just that, fitters wages without mark up. We do not make a percentage on labour, hence you will find that these installation costs are usually between a quarter and a third that of B&Q and the likes! FINANCIAL SECURITY |
