We are specialists in large and dangerous trees and fully qualified in Arboriculture providing services to commercial and domestic clients.

All our work is carried out to the British Standard for tree work (BS3998) and we maintain a comprehensive and specific insurance policy covering all Arboriculture operations.

All aspects of tree work are undertaken, including felling, pruning and crown reductions. Domestic and Contract work is carried out to the highest standard at competitive prices.

Products and Services

Felling:   Felling trees is not always as easy as it sounds. Confined spaces with nearby buildings can make the taking down and removal of a tree a complicated business. We always carry out a comprehensive risk assessment and provide the client with the available options, in order that an informed decision can be made. The risk assessment also facilitates the safest available environment for carrying out tree dismantling.

Pruning and Shaping:   Many cherished trees become too big over the years and it is essential that the pruning and shaping be carried out with the greatest of care. Knowledge of the way individual species grow is paramount, coupled with a good eye and years of experience. We can revitalise a tree ensuring that it can provide years more pleasure.

Stump Grinding:   Unfortunately many gardens have tree stumps which can get in the way of lawn mowers or spoil the look of a well-tended area. We can remove the stump with a stump grinder and re-soil to allow new growth by other plants. Also, the risks of soil-borne diseases such as honey fungus, which can kill other trees and shrubs, may be alleviated by stump grinding.

All staff possess NPTC Certificates for the relevant tasks that they undertake. It is a testament to our environmental credentials that our staff has experience of working for English Nature in Sites of Special Scientific Interest.

We are familiar with working for large construction companies e.g. Woodford group, Tolent and David Wilson Homes.
