Failed appointmentsIt is the responsibility of the patient to keep appointments; and to book routine examination visits.
If you are unable to keep your appointments, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can use that appointment for somebody else on the waiting list.
If you miss more than 3 appointments, giving less than 24 hours notice, we
may not be able to continue with your treatment and offer you NHS care in the future.
We comply with the Data Protection Act and Freedom of Information Act. In complying with these we dont supply confidential information to third parties, so if you want to discuss anything to do with your dental visit, please do so in person.
Any person who is violent or abusive in any way to any person on the practice premses, will be reported to the police and we will press charges.
