Designs for Living are a family run business with over 25 years of experience in providing quality, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens. Our services offer a full project managed service from design using CAD service through to completion of your kitchen.
We offer quality rigid built, fully co-ordinated units from Germany and the UK and provide traditional or contemporary designs to suit all tastes and budgets. On offer are various options for worktops, flooring and electrical appliances.
What we Do
Initially, we strongly encourage you to visit our creative and fully- functioning kitchen showroom, where you can see diverse examples of our work. Then if required we can schedule a home visit to assess the scope of the project. We always listen carefully to our client’s specific needs; we assess the unique features and constraints of their existing space; and we systematically help you establish a budgetary range in order to stay within the financial target.
The design process begins where we discuss everything from ergonomics to product choices and color palettes. Then we focus on family dynamics and lifestyle. How do other family members use the space? Who does the cooking? Do you entertain? How does traffic flow through the space? While we welcome our clients’ own ideas and research, we find that most avail themselves of our progressive, out-of-the-box thinking, and often defer to us for guidance until you are completely satisfied.
The entire job is project managed where our aim is to implement every last detail as per design in a timely manner. Ultimately we hope our clients will feel that working with Designs for Living was a pleasure in every way.
