At the Majestic Suite in Mexborough, which is handy for all living in Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster and Barnsley you will find a world of entertainment to keep you happy all night long. There are Soul nights on the third Saturday of every month, and fantastic tribute nights with something for everyone from Take That to Meatloaf and Peter Kay. You can hire the Majestic for private functions including birthdays, anniversaries, funerals, corporate events, wedding fayres, boxing, buffets, disco, and wedding receptions. The Empress Ballroom provides a cafe and wedding venue in Mexborough near Rotherham and is the place for wedding receptions, christening parties, corporate events, birthdays, engagements, charity functions, and special occasions. We are licensed to hold civil marriages and can accommodate up to 350 guests. There are Rock and Roll nights, Ladies nights, comedians, band festivals, ballroom and line dancing. Our Café and Bistro serve top quality food and we have a fully licensed bar.
