The council have set up a contact centre.  You can now call or e-mail them with your enquiries. This is an exciting project and eventually you will be able to access most of the council services through the Contact Centre. To begin with you can contact them with general enquiries and for City Services advice, including information about bin collections, street lighting and pest control.

Our Contact Centre is open 8.00am – 8.00pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00am – 1.00pm Saturday.
