The pool and fitness centres facilities include 25m x 10m swimming pool, 2 wet side disabled changing facilities 1 male ,1 female and 1 dry side disabled change facility dual use, Fully air conditioned fitness suite, Over 40 pieces of cardio vascular and resistance equipment and Personal training programmes. The centre also offers creche facilities that are available Monday to Friday, 9.30 to 3pm and cost  £1.60 per hour or 90p per half hour. Bookings must be made in advance for the creche.
