At Revolution Fitness we provide Health and fitness for all, where price isn't a factor (well not a negative factor) and there is no gym contract. A quality gym for £12-18 / month with NO contract... that's it. Specifically aimed at:

• People who know what they want - who don't want to be paying for other members' use of the pool, fluffy towels and staff that never talk to them

• People who know what to do - probably been members of other health and fitness clubs, but just want to get on and do there own thing with NO contract obligation

• People who are new to fitness - but been put off by high joining and monthly costs.

• People who don’t want to struggle to find a parking space or pay to park

We believe passionately in providing a good basic service at a fantastic price with no gym contract. Revolution Fitness is a health and fitness club, stripped down to the bare essentials, so you don't pay through the nose for your health and fitness!

The CV area

Has fitness gym equipment designed to get you breathing a bit harder. It has treadmills, bikes, steppers, rowers, etc. If we can get your heart to beat a little bit higher (so you can still chat, but not a walk in the park) for 15 minutes or more, adding all the bits together, you will start to burn body fat as its own energy source. This will also make you fitter, and have a bounce in your step.

The Resistance area

We have a comprehensive selection of equipment that will enable beginners to more experienced trainers to workout to their full potential. From Smiths machine to cable crossover and dumbbells up to 40kg we have everything you need .

Prices

Memberships start for as little as £12 per month (offpeak) to £18 per month (peak) and NO CONTRACTS Our joining / induction fee is only £10 Pay as you go (after Joining fee) only £3 per session.

Mon to Fri 7.30am til 9pm Saturday 8.30am til 2pm Sunday 9.00am til 1pm
