This does not mean we are not interested in small jobs, in fact these are a very important part of our business. For residential customers we can replace some or all of your radiators or if appropriate fit a complete new system – with choice of gas boilers and thermostats. We service, repair or replace your gas boiler. Gas appliance checks and installation is also available.

We specialise in providing a highly professional and responsive service to Housing Associations, Hotels, Nursing Homes, Letting Agents and Landlords with large property portfolios. We can also offer reliable central heating services for smaller local customers. We are fully registered as Gas Safe Heating Engineers (replacing CORGI registration from 1 April 2009).

Our larger customers are can be assured that they are dealing with a company with the right level of expertise and absolute commitment to customer service. All our engineers are fully qualified. We can deal with Part L building regulations, we are CRB checked and we can provide indemnification. CP12 Landlords Gas Safety Certificates is one of our specialist services – we provide this service throughout the Colchester, Chelmsford, Brentwood and other parts of Essex.
