Our Land of Little Animals is a Northern Ireland's tourist board approved indoor tourist attraction which first opened its doors in June 2007 and is proving to be a very popular venue. We're neither an open farm nor a pet's corner and we're not a zoo, but we are, what we believe to be, the best of these all merged into one!

Here at Little Animals you can see young day old chicks and ducks, miniature donkeys and ponies, ferrets and mink, ring tailed lemurs and marmosets to name only a few. At the opposite end of the spectrum you can see large creepy crawlies such as 'Rosie' the tarantula, scorpions and hissing cockroaches, or large reptiles such as 'Herman' the iguana, 'Arthur' the bearded dragon and not to forget our Australian pythons. It is the perfect place for you and for children to experience a hands-on encounter with so many little animals. You can helps us at feeding times or simply look on as others handle some of our unusual animals.

Our staff will explain how we look after the animals and they will give you an opportunity to handle as many of our little creatures as you would be interested in. Each tour starts at twenty minute intervals wit the last tour starting at 5pm daily.

Land of Little Animals is proving a popular location for special events such as birthdays, school visits, club outings or coach visits. Those who want a distinctive location for their outing have chosen us for the variety that the venue offers them. Not only can you spend some time at the Land of Little Animals you can go on to enjoy barbecue's at our picnic area. You can book the venue for parties for all ages.

After a leisurely walk around our Land of Little Animals you can unwind in our unique cave style coffee shop with a hot beverage and choose from a selection of home baked scones, tarts and cakes.
