Originally formed in 1926 by P O Diamond, the practice operated from offices at 5 Bedford Street, Belfast. Victor Skillen joined the practice in 1953 and was made partner in 1961. Mr Diamond retired (aged 81) in 1965 leaving Victor as sole practitioner. The practice moved to offices at 58 Howard Street in 1965. Nelson Dillon joined the practice as office junior in 1969 and is still here. Nigel Skillen joined the practice in 1987 and Colin Skillen in 1998.  Victor officially retired from full time practice in 2001 and in 2002 the practice moved to Royal Avenue, Belfast.
