Air Tightness Testing:
Building Regulations now require Air Tightness Testing and certification to show compliance with current legislation. CPL Services will test your building to ATTMA TSI standard using UKAS calibrated equipment and if necessary assist you to identify any air leakage paths which may need to be sealed. CPL Services is BINDT registered and are recognized by Building Control as suitably qualified to carry out air tightness testing.

Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) New Builds:
The Standard Assessment Procedure is adopted by government as the UK methodology for calculating the energy performance of dwellings. CPL Services can provide design SAP and as built SAP calculations. Our energy assessors are fully accredited through Elmhurst Energy Systems.

Energy Performance Certificate:
All houses for sale require an EPC. All new builds require an EPC. All rented properties require and EPC. At CPL Services our energy assessors are fully trained and accredited with Elmhurst Energy systems.
