Conference Facilities in Macclesfield
The Conference Room at the Romero Centre seats up to one hundred delegates with sound and projection facilities contained within a media wall. Air conditioning and flexible lighting provides for conference delegates comfort and well being. The room can be divided to create smaller conference rooms as required for meetings. The area is fully equipped with tables and seating which is flexible and can be re-arranged to suit any conference needs, for example, to allow delegates to work in groups or face towards presenters. Forty four networked laptops are available for use. The Romero Centre can be booked in whole or in part to cater for any needs.
The Romero Centre develops work place well being by providing a high quality professional learning space suitable for adults. The modern Boardroom seats up to ten people around a classic boardroom table, which also allows the use of networked laptops.
Hospitality is provided within the Cyber Cafe, a space in which to relax. Catering can be arranged according to needs and a larger Coffee Shop is located close to the centre. Wireless access to the internet is provided throughout the centre and laptops provide continuous access to the internet in the Cyber Cafe for conference delegates to check emails and surf the net during refreshment breaks.
The work of the Romero Centre is overseen by our College Director, and an Administrator who ensures the smooth running of the facility, taking bookings and arranging hospitality and catering. Designated car parking is provided for conference delegates close to the Romero Centre.
