  (All tables will be set with cloths and melamine plates used)
• Carnival and Celebration buffets are:
  (Served on disposable trays with all plates, serviettes and cutlery are provided however no waiting staff will be in attendance)

Dot's Catering - Flexible & Reasonable:
All of our menus can be changed slightly within reason with prior notice although a deposit is required when booking, with the full balance to be paid within 1 to 2 weeks prior to date of function.
