Most industrial roofs have been built with sheeted pitched roofs, using either corrugated asbestos cement, galvanised steel or plastic coated profile steel. The Hyflex Profile System is a roof renovation package that enables us to waterproof your roof without causing any major distruption to your business. Using a unique lightweight system of elastomeric liquid coatings and polyester reinforcement we ensure your roof has flexibility and durability with added strength built to last.

Hyflex 10 is made of rubber modified, bituminous coatings, reinforced with two polyester carriers. Applied in liquid form it is suitable for traditional roofing such as asphalt and reinforced bitumous membranes. This option comes with a 10 year warranty which can be extended upon expiry. Available in a range of colour finishes and BBA certified.

Hyflex 10 Plus has the same characteristics as Hyflex 10 with the addition of an SBS modified, polyester reinforced base sheet. This offers additional puncture resistance, making it a suitable for use over insulation. This option comes with a 10 year warranty which can be extended upon expiry. Available in a range of colour finishes and BBA certified.

Hyflex 15 is a result of product development, using the traditional bituminous liquid with additional modified coatings, for increased flexibility, strength and durability. Compatible with substrates including mastic asphalt, built up felt roofing, timber and concrete. Lightweight and seamless with a 15 year warranty which can be extended upon expiry.

Exemplar Roofing provides a tough, bonded and fully waterproof system which can be applied to virtually all substrates. It is rain proof in 30 minutes and can be walked on within 1 hour.

The Exemplar range can also be used for balconies, walkways, car parks, ramps and terraces, with different wearing finishes dependent upon traffic.
