Every market day which is the 3rd Saturday of each month there is 30 different stallholders. Customers can choose from food that includes homemade cakes, baked goods and pasties, thirst quenching fresh fruit juices, yoghurt's, beer and many tasty local verities of cheese. Traditional and special bread, steak pies, fruit pies and quiches are all very popular. As a special treat the market also has luxury puddings, Cheshire honey, homemade chocolates, plus local smoked produce, vegetarian meals, homemade pates and homemade pasta with sauces.
Once the fresh wholesome organic food has been purchased why not browse the range of bedding plants, perennials, garden plants and baskets available. With fresh country garden flowers, local artists demonstrating water colour painting and local authors at the farmers market there is something for everybody who loves genuine organic food and wants to support the local community.
