Austin Research and Training was founded in April 2006 by Gary Austin. It is an organisation dedicated to supplying consultancy and training in market research.
Our aim is to provide high quality, value for money research services, from designing and executing complete research solutions through to providing consultancy in specialist areas such as questionnaire design and reporting. Managing entire research projects
Austin Research and Training can manage complete research projects from start to finish, both domestic and international, for either client side or agency companies. We work with some of the best fieldwork and DP sub-contractors to ensure the highest possible standards.

Desk research
In many cases the most cost effective approach to a research project is to gather information that already exists and piece it together so that it meets the relevant objectives. Information is commonly gathered from sources such as libraries, the Internet and online databases. Interviews with industry experts are often also a good source of information.
