A typical day at Smiths the Bakers and Confectioners, begins very early in the morning, where we start by preparing our range of fresh breads, pies, cakes and buffets, we do this on a daily basis.

The traditional recipes that we use have been handed down over a period of time and we take tremendous pride and painstaking steps, incorporating these into our products. Our policy is to use only the best and freshest quality ingredients, so that we can offer you a perfect taste experience all round.

Being a family run business, we offer that personal and refreshing touch, along with quality produce that we continually bake fresh, on a daily basis in Castleton, Rochdale, we would now like to offer our whole range to our customers that live in Oldham and Manchester.
