The Bakers Dozen

Now owned by The Bakers Dozen, Haymans of Ilminster has been established as a bakery for over 90 years.

We sell a wide range of cakes, buns, pies, sausage rolls and pastries, alongside our delicious selection of sandwiches. Naturally we also sell numerous varieties of bread to suit all tastes from white loaves, granary, wholemeal, seeded, GI and SPELT breads.

All of our products are made fresh daily ensuring they are at their best when you buy them.

Our premises also houses a small tea shop allowing shoppers the opportunity to take a break with a cup of tea or coffee and a slice of fresh cake or a sandwich. An ideal place to go to meet friends, where you can sit and chat with a hot drink in a relaxing atmosphere.

We are specialist cake decorators and are able to take orders for anniversary, birthday or wedding cakes, or for any other celebration. All of our cakes are baked and decorated to order allowing us to produce a wide variety of cakes to suit all tastes and budgets.

We also stock a wide range of cake decorating products such as ribbons, cake boards, Regal Ice icing, icing bags and nozzles, everything you need to decorate your own cake just the way you want it.
