I am a fully qualified masseur & sports therapist providing a whole range of therapies for private clients, sports clubs & organisations.

Part of the Bradford Bulls RLFC medical team I help with rehabilitation of muscular aches & injuries on a daily basis.
Sport massage treatment is used for anybody engaged in a sporting or non-sporting background, helping to reduce aching limbs, aid recovery or just as a deep therapeutic massage.

Sport massage can also be combined with Ultrasound treatment for optimal results to help relax tight muscles, heal muscle tears & can be a general massage for targeted specific muscle groups.

Electrotherapy & Ultrasound are also used for conditions such as sprained or torn ligaments, inflamed tendons, bone repair, fasciitis and around scar tissue & torn muscles.

Chinese cupping therapy includes medium to firm massage & cupping therapy to ease tension and fatigue, excellent on the upper back, shoulders & neck, cups are placed on the skin creating a vacuum, this improves circulation in areas of tension, helps to remove toxins, releases muscle tension, improves flexibility and movement.

Monday to Thursday 4.00pm to 9.00pm.
Friday & Saturday appointments are subject to availability.
