The Waverley in Catcliffe is the complete centre for entertainment for all the family. This is a real ale pub with the excellent Wave restaurant run by a fully qualified chef where the choice of food includes our famous home-made Scottish stovies which must be ordered a day in advance. If you have never had this dish that in itself is a good reason to visit the Waverley. The restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday between 12-2pm, and from 5–8pm. There is also a carvery on Sundays from 12-4pm and this is great value at only £5.50 (£3 for children). If you don’t need a set meal a selection of bar snacks is available.

A new addition to the range of entertainment on offer is the Buzztime Network. Just ask at the bar for a Playmaker and you can play on screen games and challenges. Naturally big screen Sky Sports is also available.

In addition we have a large function room which is available to hire for family occasions and weddings and is also used for hen parties. Please phone for details.
