Lexden Lodge Kindergarten

Lexden Lodge Kindergarten is based on Lexden Road. It caters for children both boys and girls of five years and below.

All staff are qualified in the childcare field and care for all children from all backgrounds. Activities are carried out for the children throughout the day to ensure the children are happy in their environment, and to learn fundamental necessities in their day to day life of growing up. Examples of these are the ability to count, read and write before they reach a certain age. The children are monitored very carefully by trained staff to make sure they reach certain targets as they grow up.

The nursery has achieved the OSTED award for outstanding caring for children as well as recognition from the national day nurseries association and the nursery world magazine.

The centre has been voted as the third best Kindergarten centre in the UK so there is something unique about this nursery and the ability and approach of staff and owners.
