Amethyst Property Management Ltd is based in Epworth and was founded in 2007 by two local ladies, Luan Weight and Tracy Poole. They are totally comitted solely to the letting and management of residential properties, unlike many estate agents, ensuring smooth running tenancies.

Amethyst are a fully focused team specialising in residential property lettings in Scunthorpe, the Isle of Axholme and all of the surrounding towns and villages. They are however, not adverse to managing properties outside of these areas such as Doncaster, Grimsby etc. As long as they can travel to the property in a reasonable amount of time they will be more than happy to extend their professional service and manage it.

They let and manage both furnished and unfurnished flats and houses, although their availability list changes daily. All of the properties are CORGI gas safety certificated and inspected for electrical and furniture fire safety, they also ensure compliance with the various landlord/tenant regulations and laws.
