    • This weeks transformation is from peak member George . George's goal was to put on lean muscle mass so he hired the help of Oersonal trainer scott Reilly. When scott and george met for their consultation they decided to break his programme down into 2 stages. The first part of his programme he spent 8 weeks in a calorie surplus to build lean muscle mass, this was then followed up by a 12 week cut in a slight calorie deficit to get lean and this was his awesome results!! The goal was to get George lean but also make it sustainable in the long term as George wanted to maintain a lean physique all year round and make it a lifestyle instead of a short term thing so this is exactly what they done!     • Hi guys/girls this weeks transformation is Brian Mathieson . Brian joined us in January this year with the view that 2017 was going to be the year that he changed his shape and health for the better. When Brian joined us he was over 18 stone and now he is only 1.7 LBS off seeing the number 14 on the scales. At the start of Brian's journey Brian was actually losing to much weight so we had a look at what he was eating and it turned out he wasn't eating enough. So we asked him to increase his calories which would allow him to maintain his muscles and metabolism whilst still GRADUALLY losing weight. Brian is in the gym consistently following our program we provided him and even after a recent injury setback he has still managed to stay strong with his nutrition. And is back smashing it in the gym. Well done Brian u should be very proud of what u have achieved in 2017 . It's been a pleasure seeing you progress.     • This weeks transformation is Cheryl Campbell. Cheryl lost a total of 4 stone over a 5 month period by doing 2 personal training sessions a week and following a flexible dieting plan set out by her personal trainer Dawn Mcewan and also attending classes . Cheryl was and still is very consistent with her diet and training and has sucessfully maintained her weight loss for a year abd 4 months now. Well done Cheryl u have done amazing.     • Hi everyone this weeks member transformation focus is Jade Mcghee. Jade certainly wasn't overweight however felt she wanted to lose some body fat and develop her physique . In order to do this she enlisted the help of personal trainer Gary Mcseveney. Gary is renowned for helping people get great results and with Jade he had the perfect client. Jade started a 6 week challenge with gary then continued it for another 5 weeks up to she went on holiday. Now 11 weeks isn't along time and I'm sure u will all agree that Jade has made phenomenal changes. Her body fat at the start was around 26% and she finished on 17.5%. Jade has had her holiday now but is back training and eating just as well as when she was doing the challenge. She has now made eating well and training part of her lifestyle. We obviously had to adapt the workout but marie was making no excuses . So there may b some of you out there with knee or shoulder injuries or something else. If this is u don't just give up. If you have a shoulder injury then that gives you more time and effort to work your legs and core . If u have a knee injury then u have more time to focus on upper body. THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO IS JUST GIVE UP!
