Taekwon-Do Kids is an exciting revolutionary programme for children aged 3-6 years that is endorsed by the ITF (International Taekwon-Do Federation) as the official program to prepare young children for Taekwon-Do. The course covers many important aspects of growing up including Danger awareness, behaviour and listening skills. The children learn through fun activities and role playing games, they learn about friendly and unfriendly behaviours and how to report the situations to their parents as well as recognising that they should not speak with people that they donâ₏™t know. They will also learn about road safety, fire safety and water safety whilst building their self awareness and confidence at every stage.
In our Little Ninjaâ₏™s classes, we make learning fun and educational. Children learn more by play, and in your childâ₏™s eyes, the drills they are taught are more like games. The games will help your child retain more and more and be more willing to learn and do things he or she normally wouldnâ₏™t enjoy doing. Our goal is to help your child be the best they can at everything they put their minds to.
The Kicking Kids Program is a detailed curriculum and focuses on improving basic motor and listening skills at 7 â₏“ 9 years of age. These skills will help them to become better students at school, better listeners at home and more ambitious towards the future. Our program will enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way .

Main categories of martial art styles – striking, ground fighting or grappling, throwing, weapons based and low impact. Tae Kwon-Do can be simply categorised as a striking art which utilises attack and defence techniques using hands, feet, elbows and knees.
