Life 4 today offers coaching to change your life and help you focus on your future. Coaching is about finding solutions to improve your life by using a series of questions and techniques. This helps identify exactly what you want, any obstacles you face, how to overcome them, what options are available to you and how to make positive steps towards achieving your goal. Life 4 today is a simple process which can be carried out either over the phone or face-to-face and at any time convenient to you. The aim is to help you take positive steps to making changes in your life no matter how large or small. Each session lasts approximately 30 to 45 minutes allowing you to talk in a confidential environment. Appointments are available Monday to Thursday from 11am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 12pm.
