Body Blitz Fitness Gym caters for male and female members and has an under 16 membership available. We offer personal training, induction classes including spinning. We have a full range of CV equipment including machines and free weights. Relax with a sauna or a vertical tanning sunbed to top up that fading summer tan. We are stockists of vitamins, protein supplements and Creatine recovery drinks. While we offer a personal training programme and members are constantly checked and reviewed Body Blitz has not been designed for the super-fit.
