Fighting Fit

Fighting Fit is a fantastic centre for all ages to learn different forms of martial arts. Situated on the Cregagh Road, we are in close proximity to the city centre. We teach a range of martial arts, through highly professional instructors.

Our martial arts training is available for all ages and stages of these skills, inclusive of Kick-boxing, and from the beginner to the more experienced artist, we ensure that help is available for all. Our mission is to enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way.

Fighting Fit instructor - Master Gary McKibben 6th degree black belt, began training at the age of five and holds black belts in Aiki Ju Jitsu, Ju Jitsu, Karate, Kickboxing, Weapons and more. He began to instruct and teach martial arts and now has a choice of over fourty classes per week to suit every level:

• Tiny Tots Karate: innovative martial arts training through play
• Tiger Martial Arts(Age 4-6 yrs old): award winning program incorporating completion, self defence, confidence and self esteem building.
• Lil Dragons(Age 6-8 yrs old): producing tomorrows champions today! This martial arts program has been voted the most innovative and effective system for this age group for five years running by The Worlds Martial Art Council.
• Eagles Martial Arts(Age8-13yrs old): be part of disciplined, self assured, respectful and skillful martial arts team that produces the highest qualities in moral and martial conduct.
• Black Belt Club: producing black belt excellence! Adhering to strict moral, martial codes. They are the leaders of tomorrow.
• Destiny Program: this program allows students to develop leadership qualities to the fullest, with most becoming instructors, champions and A+ students.
• Adult Kick Boxing Program: reduces stress, builds fitness, opportunity to meet new friends, have fun, train with champions and become one!
• Family Program: "The family that kicks together, sticks together". Depending on how many family members you have, discounts can be arranged on request.
• Business Package: strengthening your staff to improve your business. If your staff train together they will improve together and work as one strong unit.
