On September 9th 2003 Ferndale Pharmaceuticals Ltd was created. Ferndale is a subsidiary of Ferndale Laboratories Inc, whose head office and manufacturing operations are located in Michigan, USA. Ferndale Pharmaceuticals Ltd are a dynamic and focused dermatology business with a clinically proven and respected product portfolio with brands such including Quinoderm and OC8. In June 2006 Ferndale entered the Aesthetic Market under their new division AesthetiCare. A Portfolio of products for post procedure care and maintenance has been established and includes products such as Flavo C for Fine lines & Wrinkles, Cernor XO for Dark Circles and Auriderm XO for post procedure bruising.
