At I.P. Lettings and Management we take care of every aspect of letting your property, from valuation of your property to finding a tenant and managing the tenancy.

We offer a Letting Only Service which includes inspection of the property and agree open market rental value, advertising of the property on our mailing list, internet, local press and a "To Let" board and application of tenant including obtaining references and credit search for each tenant.

We also offer a full management service which includes collection of Deposit and rent, rent receipt from tenant each month, monthly accounts to the landlord and administer day to day maintenance and repairs.
