Truss Loft Limited has been established since 1995 and we have converted many hundreds of properties in the region, in all types of homes.

Many people in modern homes, which have Truss Rafter roof construction, look into their roof space and think there is no way that they have space for a usable room. We have developed a unique system for replacing the truss rafters to create the space you need. Our system has been designed in consultation with structural engineers and complies fully with Building Regulations.

For a fraction of the price of moving house we can give you the space you need after only 3 or 5weeks' work. Our comprehensive service stretches from survey, planning and design to final decoration, if required. We always aim to minimise the impact on you and your family and can plan to work to your timescale.
