Acres Dene

Acres Dene is a charming little York guesthouse, opened in 1981 by the Jackson family who have owned the Priory Hotel opposite since 1930.

The guesthouse has extensive amenities including a light and spacious dining room where guests can enjoy superb choice at breakfast. We serve a cold buffet which consists of Fruit Juices, Cereal and Fruit. This is followed by a full hearty English breakfast.

There's lots of space in the guesthouse where guests can relax. For your extra comfort we have a relaxing lounge to browse brochures and plan what to do or to rest after spending a day sightseeing or shopping. This room also has a television.

All of the bedrooms are individually and comfortably furnished in pine with coordinated decoration. Each of our bedrooms has en-suite (shower and toilet), Tea and Coffee making facilities and a colour television.
