All training is carried out on-site at your business premises, and the training courses are designed specifically to meet the requirements of the individual staff involved. Training can be either one-to-one or group sessions as required.

Training generally covers the key aspects of the Microsoft PC packages of Word, Publisher, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook email as required, as well as covering the central areas of PC administration, file management, the internet, anti-virus software and the importance of backups. Levels of training range from beginner to advanced.

Additionally, templates and standard documentation can be set up to allow the administration of the particular business to run more efficently for example VAT records, sales records, mail shots, standard letters, purchase ledgers, customer contact database etc.

Furthermore we offer email setup, PC troubleshooting and customised computer programme development.
