Here at Leeds Martial Arts College we can supply that supplement whether the goals are self defence, self confidence, personal development, fitness, flexibility or to earn a black belt our school will take you there. All our classes have confidence building drills as we believe confidence is the most important thing we can give your child. We teach practical, proven, self defence methods and they learn they will work and not to try them on family or neighbours. All ages are taught from 4 years plus.
